    The MLE comprises of three 12-month placements.     As a Grundfos Graduate, you will be on fast track development. You will do this by exploring various parts of the Grundfos organisation, in different departments and at international locations.     THE JOURNEY

    Through the 2-year journey in Grundfos, we will constantly focus to unfold your talents and personal development. You will be part of a global organisation where you can start in different functions based on your previous education and your aspiration. You will join projects with strong-driven teams with impactful experiences. You will go through 4 rotations, each with 6 months period, where the third rotation will be abroad. The first rotation will be linked to your education, and that could be within Engineering and Digitalisation area, Supply Chain and Operations, Finance, Business, Sales, HR or Service. Thereafter, you will have opportunities to engage with different functions in Grundfos for your next three rotations, to enlarge your business understanding. In Grundfos, a truly global organisation, we fully support your development and provide a successful navigation in the organisation. You will gain not only experiences, but also functional skills, and network through exposure.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY

    • Master’s degree You have graduated or about to graduate from your master’s degree with relevant discipline, include (but are not limited to) Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Data or Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, HR or similar.
    • Competencies
      • You are passionate, curious, a strong collaborator, eager to develop and interested to work across disciplines.
      • You have the ability to create a strong impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    On track to become a future leader

    Through hands-on experience and leadership training, you will sharpen your business acumen and improve the qualities needed to become a leader. You will also attend regular training and workshops with your fellow graduates and improve your abilities within areas such as project management, presentation techniques, lean-thinking, supply chain and group dynamics.

    Throughout your rotations, you will play a significant and influential part in ongoing projects in your business unit. Doing so, you will gain valuable experience with project management as well as stakeholders ranging from farmers to food producers and consumers.

    Three rotations and plenty of international experience

    Joining a group of graduates at Danish Crown, you will support, help, guide and challenge each other. In the two-year programme, you will choose between our Business Leadership and Production Leadership tracks. In both, you will experience three rotations of eight months each. Working in three different functions, which could include e.g. Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or other functions across three different Danish Crown business units.

    At least one of your three rotations will be abroad in, for example, Poland, Sweden or Germany. We will take your preferences into account when choosing location and department as well as support you with day-to-day practicalities like housing and networking.

    Job guarantee and a competitive salary

    As a Danish Crown Graduate, you have a job guarantee, which means that your contract does not end after the two-year programme. Instead, we aim to place you in a role that will fast-track your career.

    Within the programme, you will be paid a competitive salary and get excellent benefits. We will measure and assess your progress through monthly one-on-one meetings and Personal Development Plans with your line manager and mentor.

    Your team
    You will be part of our Extended Enterprise Risk Management team (EERM) in Operational Risk functional area in Risk Advisory, with many talented consultants of diverse backgrounds.
    Within EERM, our focus areas primarily consist of, but are not limited to, third party risk management assignments, meetings/negotiations with client’s and their third parties, contract management, scoping of third party monitoring activities and assisting with monitoring activities. Furthermore, our services expand across several areas in Risk Advisory in Deloitte, including our Cyber Risk Services, Strategic Risk and Regulatory Risk.

    Your assignments
    You will be working across departments on national and international projects, and you will quickly be involved in client proposals and help produce key analyses and reports. We will make sure that you get to grips with the latest models, methodologies, tools and frameworks so that you feel confident when approaching the client. If you dream of making a successful career, this graduate program is a good choice, because the market is hungry for people with your skills and experience.

    Your qualifications  
    You possess one or more of the following:

    • A degree within the field of Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Legal or Information Technology with great results
    • Relevant work experience from a student job is preferred
    • Ability to work independently, but also to work as a team player
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Curious and passionate about risk management.

    You will be part of our Assurance team in Operational Risk functional area in Risk Advisory, with many talented consultants of diverse backgrounds.

    The Assurance team is primarily engaging with auditing and consulting on general IT controls as well as audit of application controls. The primary tasks are in the field of IT auditing and are divided between supporting financial audit tasks and issuing independent statements, primarily in accordance with ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 standards.

    Your assignments
    You will be working across a wide range of clients and projects, small, large, public, private etc., and you will be involved in client projects from the beginning of the graduate program. We will make sure that you get up to speed with relevant methodologies, tools and frameworks so that you feel confident when approaching the client.

Hvad er graduate

Når man er færdig med sin uddannelse på bachelor niveau, så kan man fortsætte som kandidat. Men før man bliver færdig som kandidat, er det en rigtig god idé, at søge om et job som graduate.

På den måde vil du få en fin introduktion på arbejdsmarkedet, og du kan være sikker på, at din kommende arbejdsgiver er særdeles professionel samt har gjort sig nogle seriøse tanker om, hvordan du lærer mest muligt på kort tid.

Virksomhederne gør det ikke kun for at hjælpe dig. Virksomheder som tilbyder graduate programmer gør det også for at få direkte adgang til at screene de bedste graduates, som vil blive tilbudt rigtige gode jobs i virksomheden, når graduate programmet er ved at være gennemført.

Graduate program

Et graduate program kan variere i længde. Et graduate program tager som hovedregel et par år. I løbet af programmet kommer du typisk rundt i flere forskellige afdelinger, så du opnår mange forskellige kompetencer og ikke mindst et helhedssyn på, hvordan virksomheden fungerer.

Indenfor graduate programmer er der også nicher, idet at du som kandidat allerede befinder dig på specialistniveau. Eksempelvis findes der graduate programmer såsom:

  • - Graduate program IT
  • - Graduate program ingeniør

I løbet af dit graduate forløb, kan du forvente sparring fra en mentor, og forløbet vil alt andet lige være ret intenst – både i forhold til læring og antal timer, som du bruger på jobbet. I nogle virksomheder tilbydes som en del af graduate programmet en arbejdsperiode i udlandet, eksempelvis i en dattervirksomhed.

Graduate job

Efter endt graduate uddannelse, så er det ikke usædvanligt at du bliver tilbudt et fuldtidsjob – med mindre at enten du eller virksomheden har mistet interessen for modparten under vejs i graduate forløbet.

Både før du starter, men også i løbet af dit graduate forløb, vil virksomheden se på og vægte dine akademiske resultater i form af dine karakterer – men også dine personlige egenskaber. Det er jo vigtigt, at du føler dig motiveret i dit graduate job.

I dit graduate job skal du bevise en personlig udvikling, at du er ambitiøs, og du kan skabe synlige resultater for virksomheden.
