We are looking for an organized, service-minded and independent new colleague to take on the fulltime position as Piccoline & Office Assistant at our office in Copenhagen.
Your primary responsibilities are to assist the Personal Assistant with maintaining a well-functioning office environment. This includes, but is not limited to:
· Responsible for the smooth and neat running of the office by coordinating with external suppliers (e.g. lunch provider, landlord, cleaning) and purchasing office supplies.
· Responsible for setting up lunch when delivered and for cleaning the kitchen afterwards.
· Booking flights and hotels for colleagues travelling to other offices or for client visits.
· Assisting Finance settling Mastercard statements
· Welcome guests to the office
· Setting up meetings with water, coffee ect.
Your daily work will include a variety of assignments and you thrive with this, and regardless of the task you take it on with the same positive attitude. When your daily tasks are done, and if you have time, it is possible to assist with assignment within your professional interest. You are:
· Organized, detail oriented and thorough
· Independent, proactive and good at taking initiative
· Service minded and social
· Flexible, in terms of shifting focus when priorities change
· Fluent in English – both written and verbal
· Have studied or worked abroad

Our colleagues in London offer online trading whereas the Copenhagen office primarily focuses on technology and software development. Our Copenhagen office is based on AmerikaKaj, Østerbro, where you will share office with 26 colleagues. On a daily basis we have a much focused working environment and we get well along with regular Friday bars and other offsite events.
